Oxygen Lance

Steel lance tubes made in various dimensions are used for blowing oxygen, carbon injection, dolomite or other additives into the arc furnace through the slag door and tall furnace. Oxygen blowing causes the oxidation of impurities, especially carbon in the melt, and their transfer to the slag, which enables their separation.
The lenses used in the steel industry are of various types. Calligraphy type These lenses, which are highly regarded in the steel industry, have 5 layers including the main steel layer, 2 layers of steel and 2 layers of refractory coating. The effect of these 4 layers on the steel layer makes the life of the Calriz lenses 3 to 10 times longer than the conventional lenses.

To summarize Calorised & Ceramic Coated Pipe (CCCP) is carbon steel pipe with calorisation on outer surface of pipe, and thereafter  multiple, thin layers of ceramic coating both exteriorly and interiorly. The outer surface of ceramic coating on pipe is resistant to slag attack and extends the life of the pipe when it is immersed into molten metal or in high temperature atmospheres. The CCCP applications include powder injections, tap-hole cleaning and opening nozzles is ladles, tundish and launders
